Jeff has more than 30 years of experience as a business leader and operational executive in the financial services and information industries. Jeff’s background includes stints as a successful start-up leader, operator for private equity sponsored businesses and as an officer of a publicly traded company. Jeff has led acquisitions ranging in size from $25 million to $6 billion and has managed global businesses with up to $1 billion in annual revenue. Jeff is an avid boater and licensed USCG Captain. Jeff lives in Massachusetts with his wife and children.

Eric is a seasoned executive specializing in transformation of data, technology and process to enable business growth. Leveraging over 25 years experience working with global brokerage firms, investment managers, and data service providers as an executive and management consultant, Eric's expertise includes data & technology strategy, department management and delivery of large-scale strategic projects including merger & acquisition integration. Eric believes firmly in the power of data to enable new opportunities.

Chief Engineer

Carlo Romero is a technologist with over thirty years experience building software systems and leading teams in financial technology. He has experience across all levels of the technology stack. He's built a wide range of systems encompassing Artificial Intelligence, Big Data and Cloud microservices. He has also given lectures on software engineering topics, Artificial Intelligence, in corporate and academic settings.

Product Lead

Jamie has more than 15 years of broad experience across a variety of industries including financial services, information management, consulting, and ecommerce. Prior to joining FluidityIQ, Jamie held several product leadership positions in data and analytic services for large and mid-sized businesses. Jamie graduated from Union College with a degree in Economics and is an enthusiastic home cook and baker. Jamie currently lives in Massachusetts with his wife and three kids.

Strategic Advisor

Jeff has 30 years of experience as a global operations leader in the IP, insurance and financial services industries working with Fortune 500 businesses. He has been instrumental in taking a business public, worked to streamline and innovate established businesses and holds a joint patent for innovation in the insurance space. Jeff is the father of four daughters and enjoys his time with them and their various pursuits around the world. Jeff lives in Massachusetts.
